This policy explains how Productiversed ("we", "us") handles your data across our products, applications, and website (productiversed.com). Some details depend on the specific product you use; where that is the case, the product's own listing, documentation, or in-product disclosures provide the specifics and take precedence for that product.

Our principles (all products)

  • Data minimisation. We collect and process only what a product needs to function.

  • No selling, no ads. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our products contain no advertising.

  • Transparency. Each product discloses the data it accesses, and any permissions it needs, before you use it.

  • Security. We build on reputable platforms and apply safeguards appropriate to each product.

  • Your control. You can contact us to access or delete data we hold about you.

Our website

Our website (productiversed.com) is hosted on Squarespace. Like most websites it may use cookies and collect basic analytics (such as pages visited) to operate and improve the site. If you contact us through the site, we use the details you provide only to respond to you. (Adjust this section if you add forms, a newsletter, or additional analytics.)

Our applications (general)

Before installation or use, each application discloses the permissions it requests and the categories of data it accesses, and it accesses only the data needed for its function. Where an application stores data, it stores the minimum required (for example, configuration or preferences). Where an application sends data to any external service or AI provider, that is disclosed in the application's listing or documentation.

Atlassian Marketplace apps (specific)

For our apps published on the Atlassian Marketplace:

  • They are built on Atlassian Forge and run within Atlassian's cloud infrastructure.

  • They read your data as the signed-in user and respect your existing Atlassian permissions.

  • They request least-privilege scopes, shown at install and on the listing.

  • Apps with no external egress do not transmit your data to us or any third party, and are eligible for Atlassian's "Runs on Atlassian" program; Forge is covered by Atlassian's SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs.

  • They store only the minimum needed (for example, configuration), within your Atlassian environment, removed when you uninstall.

Any exceptions for a specific app are stated on that app's listing.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We may use service providers (such as hosting platforms) strictly to operate our products, and only where they are bound to protect your data.

Retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the relevant product, or as required by law. For applications, this typically means until you uninstall. To request access or deletion, contact us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us to exercise these.
